SHIPPING POLICY

All shipments require an adult signature upon delivery, and shipments are weather dependent in order to try and avoid any temperature damage to the wine. 

We may postpone shipping your order until weather permits and will notify you accordingly or may suggest a faster shipping option. Outside of the Pacific Northwest, during such times of the year we recommend shipping your wine order via 3-day air at the beginning of the new business week to try to ensure prompt delivery and help protect the wine. Should you wish to ship even more expediently, 2-day air and next day air are an option.  And during the warmer periods of time Cold Chain Shipping which takes 7-10 days, is available upon request. 

Currently, and until state laws change, we are unable to ship to the following states: Alabama, Arkansas, Delaware, Kentucky, Mississippi, Rhode Island and Utah. 

LOCAL? We offer free pickup or delivery in the greater Portland metro area. In order to avoid shipping fees on checkout please check the free pick up box at check out and enter your local zip code, or email through your order to info@trathenhallwines.com and we will call for payment info and then drop your wine at your door.
